How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and all associated data: Open the Edisyn meeting assistant app, go to Settings → Account, click "Request Data Deletion", and confirm the deletion request. Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All meetings, transcripts, and AI responses will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What data does Edisyn collect?
We collect: Account information (email, name, password), Meeting audio and transcripts, AI-generated summaries and responses, Session metadata (date, time, duration), and Technical data (browser type, IP address). For detailed information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
No. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for partial billing periods, unused credits, or accounts terminated for violations. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We implement industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS/SSL encryption in transit, Row-level security (RLS) policies, Regular security audits, and Automated backup systems.
What is Edisyn's alpha software status?
Edisyn is currently in alpha development stage. This means: The software may contain bugs and errors, Features may change or be removed without notice, Service interruptions may occur, and There is a risk of data loss (please maintain backups).
How do I manage my cookie preferences?
You can manage your cookie preferences by: Clicking "Cookie Settings" in the website footer, Going to Settings → Privacy in the meeting app, or Adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
